Andrew Slimmon, Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Construction at Morgan Stanley, stated that the adoption of spot cryptocurrency ETFs remains in a "very early" stage. Slimmon noted that while these products provide investors with a compliant channel to enter the crypto market, most financial advisors are currently in an evaluation phase and have not yet recommended related allocations to clients on a large scale. He emphasized that with deeper education and stabilizing market volatility, capital inflows from institutional and retail channels will be a long-term process, with currently only a small number of pioneering advisors beginning to incorporate them into their asset allocation portfolios.
