Many coins won't pump a second time. Even if they do, they won't pump without consolidating for a few days first, so there's no need to buy the dip now. Plus, looking at Light as a reference, it's quite likely to take a dip before it rallies. It's better to wait for it to build a bottom, buy a batch, then buy another batch when it bounces off the bottom and retests the top.
