The trading idea for small retail investors is: if you want to buy 1,000 USDT worth of PI, you can purchase 200 USDT at the current price, and then set limit buy orders for 200 USDT each time the price drops by 0.01. This way, the more the price falls, the more you buy, and there's no need to worry about it soaring. The ecosystem hasn't launched yet, and the price is expected to oscillate around 0.2 for a period.
