NVDA | Nvidia Launches NemoClaw Supporting Minimalist "Shrimp Farming"

Commonly known as “Lobster,” the open-source AI Agent OpenClaw has recently gained popularity. American chip manufacturer NVIDIA also announced the launch of a minimal mode to help users “raise shrimp.”

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced at the annual AI event GTC on Monday the release of NemoClaw for the OpenClaw agent platform. Users can install a deployment toolkit optimized specifically for OpenClaw with just one command.

This simplicity is deliberate, not accidental, aiming to enable every GPU server to seamlessly connect to the OpenClaw ecosystem, integrating computing power with the agent framework.

NemoClaw uses NVIDIA’s Agent Toolkit software, allowing optimization of OpenClaw with a single command. It installs OpenShell, providing open models and isolated sandboxes to add data privacy and security for autonomous agents.

NemoClaw supports any coded intelligence agent. Using open intelligence, it can invoke open models running locally within the user’s system, including NVIDIA’s Nemotron. Through a privacy router, agents can utilize cutting-edge models running in the cloud. The combination of local and cloud models lays the foundation for developing and learning new skills, enabling agents to complete tasks within defined privacy and security boundaries.
