# Overlooked Women's Health Knowledge
1. Sexual frequency won't change the shape or color of intimate areas, so girls shouldn't be too concerned if their partner remarks about darkening or looseness down there.
2. Regularly palpate your breasts to check for lumps. If they don't enlarge, there's nothing to worry about. If they gradually grow, it could be fibroadenoma, which is usually benign—no need to worry. Once they exceed a certain size, they need to be removed. Otherwise, hormonal changes during pregnancy could potentially turn them malignant. Get more sleep and avoid late nights.
3. Most girls with painful periods and light flow suffer from insufficient qi and blood. Once your qi and blood are replenished, discomfort decreases significantly. Drinking peach and jujube qi and blood tonic 2-3 times weekly can really improve painful periods! Qi and blood supplementation shows the most obvious effects—your period comes on schedule, flow is heavier and longer, and it comes without pain. Once you boost your qi and blood, you'll notice the difference! Not only do your menstrual cycle and energy improve, but your complexion becomes rosy and radiant too. Women's qi and blood are the foundation; those deficient in qi and blood age very quickly.
4. Avoid wearing skirts on public seating; if you must, sit with extra cloth layers between you and the seat. Don't sit down immediately after someone gets up—warm seats aren't hygienic. Avoid swimming in pools right after your period ends—it's easy to get infections. Don't rush to put on underwear after showering; let it air dry completely. Drink plenty of water and don't hold in your urine!
5. Use wet toilet paper during your period—it cleans thoroughly and doesn't leave odor. Preferably use pure water wipes without antibacterial additives. Similarly, if you have hemorrhoids, use wet toilet paper when having bowel movements—it's very comfortable afterward. The typical sequence is: paper first, then wet wipes, then dry paper.
6. If oil splashes on clothes, apply dish soap directly without wetting it first. Let the dish soap sit on the stain for 1-2 hours, then add a little warm water and rub gently. The faster you apply the soap, the better the effect.
7. First-time intercourse doesn't necessarily result in bleeding. Excessive bleeding actually requires immediate medical attention, as it may indicate vaginal tearing.
