诱导投资人购买停牌债券牟利事件
2025年9月，多位投资人向上海警方反映，其通过网络直播推荐购买的债券既无法兑付，也因无交易对手而无法成交，怀疑被骗。警方调查发现，这些债券均为长期停牌债券。
犯罪团伙作案手法为：以面值10元左右的价格从私募等机构购入面值100元的停牌债券，利用投资人对债券业务不熟悉的特点，在直播间灌输债券停牌时80元的交易价格即为市场价的错误理念，再以50元左右的价格诱骗投资人接盘，谎称债券恢复交易后可赚取差价。投资人误以为“捡漏”，实则面临无法兑付等多重风险。
目前，嫌疑人因涉嫌非法经营罪被警方依法采取刑事强制措施。
