I really went ahead and filled out the Huobi survey; this form is so long.

It seems I haven't given much feedback on features to Huobi for a long time.
Because some of the features I suggested before haven't been updated, and the feedback isn't enough.
Recently, I've been using the grid trading on Binance, OKX, and Huobi quite a lot. I compare their features. Actually, the built-in bots on the exchanges can make much more money once you understand them, and these bots have been iterated through many versions.
I've actually given a lot of product feature suggestions to both Binance and Huobi. Binance's feedback is very quick; their staff will tell you whether your suggestions are worth adopting and roughly when they might be implemented.
In this regard, I feel Huobi still doesn't invest enough in product updates or improvements. Of course, it's much better than when I first started using Huobi.
The second picture shows Binance staff proactively reaching out to schedule a meeting, based on some small suggestions I gave.
One sister told me to give more suggestions to Binance's products, and Ying Ge keeps chasing everyone for feedback on Binance Square's features. Binance cares a lot about product features and user experience from top to bottom.
I think Huobi hopes everyone will use it and save money, and they have achieved that. But compared to the investment in product development and innovation, it still feels a little lacking.
They should push a product manager to the front, gather everyone's usage suggestions, and perhaps learn from Binance by providing weekly or monthly reports on what features have been updated and what has been optimized.
They can't just stop at collecting suggestions; they need to develop features that make people feel that giving feedback to Huobi is meaningful. If this issue is resolved, Huobi will definitely return to the top three! @HTX_Molly @justinsuntron
