Wu Shuo has learned that crypto attorney Teresa Goody Guillén (CZ and Binance's legal representative) disclosed that the U.S. court has dismissed all lawsuits against CZ, Binance, and Binance US. The plaintiffs previously claimed that the involved parties were suspected of funding terrorist activities, but the court found that the plaintiffs failed to provide evidence linking CZ or Binance to any terrorist financing activities, and therefore dismissed all claims.
