ChaoDa Equipment: Announcement on the Quality Control Review Personnel for the Change of Annual Audit Firm Project
Securities Daily News, March 5 — ChaoDa Equipment announced that due to internal work adjustments, Tianheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has changed the quality control reviewer for the company’s 2025 financial statement audit and internal control review from Zhang Wentao to Qian Junfeng. Qian Junfeng became a Chinese Certified Public Accountant in 2009. In the past three years, he has signed or reviewed audit reports for seven listed companies, with no disciplinary records. This change does not affect the company’s 2025 audit work.
