The dip date for Bitcoin may be moved up: Bitwise cycle analysis
According to the latest market analysis published by Bitwise, the cyclical bottom level of Bitcoin’s price is more likely to occur earlier than indicated by the traditional calendar. While the classic four-year cycle approach suggests that Bitcoin will hit its bottom around the end of 2026, approximately 12 months after reaching its peak in October 2025; current analyses focus on the possibility that this process could be shortened due to market participants’ behavior.
The analysis indicates that, although the overall market framework points to a bottom formation after about a year of weak performance following the peak, the intense focus of expectations on this timetable could facilitate an earlier completion of the price movement. Therefore, Bitwise considers that the potential bottom region could be moved up from the end of 2026 to the summer of 2026.
