Coca-Cola Israel fined 17.7 million shekels by Competition Authority

The Israel Competition Authority has fined The Central Bottling Company, which operates Coca-Cola Israel and Tara Dairy, 17.7 million shekels for multiple violations of the Food Law. These violations include interfering with product display and pricing at retailers, and making prohibited payments. Despite the significant fine, which was substantially reduced from a potential maximum, no enforcement measures will be taken against senior company executives.
