Securities Daily Online News: On February 25, Yitian Smart announced that the company has decided not to exercise the early redemption right of the “Yitian Convertible Bond.” Even if the conditional redemption clause is triggered again between February 26, 2026, and May 25, 2026, the bonds will not be redeemed. The redemption condition is that the closing price must be at least 130% of the current conversion price of 21.31 yuan/share, which is 27.71 yuan/share, for at least 15 days within 30 consecutive trading days.
