Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 26 — According to The Block, cryptocurrency compliance solutions provider Bluprynt announced the completion of a $4.25 million seed round funding, with notable investors including Coinbase Ventures and Robinhood. The company was founded and is led by financial policy expert Dr. Christopher J. Brummer, aiming to simplify global compliance processes for digital assets.

The round was led by Valor Capital Group, with participation from venture capital firms such as Selah Ventures and Quona Capital. Individual investors include Nubank co-founder Edward Wible. These investors joined previous backers, including former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo and entrepreneur Mark Cuban.
