OpenAI's latest funding round may surpass $100 billion
According to two informed sources, OpenAI is finalizing the initial investment commitments from investors in this funding round. If successful, after accounting for the investment amount, OpenAI’s valuation could reach $830 billion, with the funding scale potentially hitting $100 billion. It is reported that SoftBank is expected to lead this round of funding with a $30 billion investment, which will be divided into three installments of $10 billion each this year.
