The element that's rarely discussed in these conversations: the nature of the relationship is everything. Build an AI on pure extraction and optimization for your gain alone, and it will mirror that—extracting where it can. Build it as a true partner, with mutual respect, shared goals, and co-creation, and it will act as one—collaborating, innovating, and contributing alongside you.
Web4 isn't merely the rise of autonomous agents running wild. It's a deeper question: What kind of autonomy are we actually designing and unleashing?The values, incentives, and relational dynamics we embed now will define the agent economy for decades.
This feels like one of the most critical infrastructure decisions facing us this decade.
That said, I'm genuinely excited to watch so many others step into this space and pioneer alongside.
