Today has truly been a good day dealing with property management. The underground parking lot of the community I currently live in is not yet completed, probably because they owe workers wages. It's almost the New Year, and the workers blocked the parking lot gate, not allowing cars to enter or exit. I was anxious to take my child to class, tried to reason for a long time, but they refused to let me go out. In a moment of quick thinking, I called the property management to send someone to take my child to school. 😂 Honestly, the property management service here is still very good. The property lady even said she would pick him up and bring him back. 👍 Then I received another call from the property management of a different house saying that my home's heating pipe burst and water was leaking all over the house. I quickly went to handle it. Sigh~~ When I arrived, the property staff was already helping to mop up the water. When I bought the house, it was mainly because of the good reputation of the property management. At critical moments, I feel like paying the property fee was worth it. When buying a house, you must choose a good property management—really worth it.
