As I get older, I become increasingly sensitive to the number 35. I often accompany my older brother to dinner parties, and we inevitably talk about recruitment topics, especially new business ventures. They all straightforwardly say, "If you're over 35, there's no need to push their resumes."
Thinking back, I didn't quite understand the difficulties of middle age before, but now I see it's really tough. Graduated from college around 23, stumbling and struggling as a newcomer to enter an industry, gaining experience, sometimes having to change careers due to industry fluctuations. After a few twists and turns, I quickly reached 30. It's only been a few years. The opportunities to make mistakes and grow are too few. I used to think we always had time to grow, but it turned out to be a dead end. No wonder young and middle-aged people are under so much pressure now. Talking about marriage, having children, and personal development—it's a never-ending cycle.
