Truly reliable developers don't just look at transaction fees. If an excellent programmer wants to seriously participate in a project, they must obtain expected returns through chips—why would they invest core technology into your project and end up earning less than investors? Anyone can understand this logic.

What's even more painful is that a token that hasn't been tested by the market and hasn't faced true zeroing pressure is hard to earn the serious commitment of top developers. Because the best programmers know their own value, they will vote with their feet—only projects that can withstand storms and have a solid consensus foundation can attract their long-term investment.

Participants who only follow the trend blindly and lack independent judgment will never understand this balancing logic. The interests binding project parties, developers, and investors are the key to determining the health of the ecosystem.

Well said, projects that cut leeks really can't retain true top-tier developers.

Basically, it's about利益绑定 to survive, with no true unity of purpose.

Good morning, at 3 a.m. I saw a truth again — tokens that haven't experienced zeroing out simply don't deserve top-tier developers. I believe in this.

In plain terms, projects that haven't experienced a "cut" can't really attract top programmers.

Exactly right, why should technical staff get free rides?

In plain terms, projects that haven't experienced a reset ordeal can't truly attract top experts.

Haha, sounds nice, but actually I still want to see a head and shoulders top pattern emerge before I dare to invest.
