One obvious phenomenon in the cryptocurrency market over the past two years is that project teams are eager to create narrative nodes to attract attention. Upgrades, splits, new mechanisms... endless concept hype, but the underlying logic often cannot withstand scrutiny. Under this model, projects with real product progress and ecosystem development are often drowned out. Even more painfully, many retail investors are repeatedly cut in these narratives, while project teams show little interest in improving fundamentals. This is a stark contrast to the early days when there was still a focus on technological iteration and ecosystem expansion. The entire ecosystem seems to have entered a vicious cycle: traffic is king, while fundamentals are neglected.

Operation is really just a routine, I'm already tired of it
---
Another trick to cut leeks, fundamentals? What's that
---
That hurts, only after being cut multiple times do I realize
---
The phrase "traffic is king" is so true, the ecosystem is almost rotten through
---
The project team doesn't really want to do technology, they just want to harvest
---
Wake up everyone, new concepts every day are just empty talk
---
Why do truly active projects have no popularity, while those making empty promises are everywhere
---
This logic has never changed, repeatedly getting cut and falling for it again and again
---
I've seen through it, still need to judge for myself, don't believe the narratives

That's so true. Right now, this circle is just a storytelling session. No one pays attention to the real projects working hard, while those constantly hyping concepts are making a fortune. I'm used to it.

To be honest, I can now recite this routine by heart. New concepts, new stories, new "mechanisms"—the newcomers rush in again, and then they get cut down. Why are genuinely working projects so unpopular?

It's the same old story, I'm tired of hearing it. Projects that are truly working have long been buried, while those who constantly create concepts are the ones profiting the most.
