Recently, I saw some rumors on the chain claiming that I will serve as CTO. I need to clarify—I'm not a CTO. I just noticed the term "Shen Ma Ji Li" during the chain scan, and I thought it fit the Year of the Horse theme and was a popular buzzword during the Web2 phase, so I adopted it.

The main reason I'm speaking out now is that there has been little progress on the dev side in certain areas. However, if I don't proactively clarify my actual role and decisions, I might be misunderstood as taking on responsibilities that don't belong to me. This wouldn't be very fair to the team's transparency and trust.

The boundaries of roles within the project are actually quite important, after all, the community needs to know exactly who is driving each part.
