The UK regulatory authority MHRA recently raided the operational base of the illegal weight loss drug brand Alluvi. Investigations suggest that the key figure behind this case is suspected to be crypto entrepreneur Fasial Tariq.

Interestingly, Tariq previously founded Paradox Studio in the Web3 space, launching Paradox Coin and the blockchain game Paradox Metaverse. This project was also investigated and analyzed by crypto security detective Coffeezilla.

From founding crypto projects to allegedly engaging in illegal drug business, this case once again reminds us—background checks are crucial when evaluating crypto project teams and key figures. Many investors only look at whitepapers and team branding, neglecting in-depth due diligence on the founders' backgrounds.

This action by regulators also reflects that some practitioners may profit in the crypto space and then shift to other gray or even black industries. This also damages the reputation of the entire Web3 ecosystem.

It's another classic case of "cryptocurrency turning into black industry," truly impressive. Tariq really knows how to play. After harvesting the leek in the crypto world, he directly started selling fake medicine—an upgrade indeed. It seems that the investigation by Coffeezilla hasn't been thoroughly uncovered yet; I need to dig deeper. Investors really need to remember this lesson: a beautiful white paper does not equal reliable founders. This lesson is a bit costly. Web3's reputation has plummeted again. These people are really destroying this industry.

Damn, is this kind of scammer again? I've long looked down on that pile of Paradox stuff. Not doing due diligence before investing really deserves to get cut. Switching from the crypto world to selling fake medicine, this guy's imagination is truly remarkable. Coffeezilla has already exposed this, hasn't everyone seen it? This is exactly why Web3's reputation is getting worse and worse.

Another "crypto scammer" has been caught, and this time they are involved in weight loss pills? I've said it before, no matter how fancy the white paper packaging is, it’s useless. You need to dig into people's history. Coffeezilla has already called out this guy, and are people still rushing in? Web3 reputation is being dragged down again by people like this, it's really frustrating. --- It's the same old trick... making money in the crypto world and then turning to gray-area industries. These people really aren’t afraid of how hot the money is. --- I just want to ask, why can people like this always get funding? Is DYOR really that hard? --- Tariq going from blockchain games to weight loss pills—this crossover is a bit ridiculous haha... But honestly, the more cases like this, the better, so retail investors can learn a lesson. --- Every time I see news like this, I just want to curse. Background checks are basic due diligence, how come so many people still fall into these traps? --- Weight loss pills, crypto, scams... this combo is so seamless, it’s a one-stop service. --- The Web3 ecosystem is being ruined by spendthrift fools, it’s such a pity. --- So, you really need to check the founders before investing... otherwise, you might not be investing in a coin, but in legal risks.

Here we go again with the same routine... First make a quick profit in Web3, then switch to drug dealing? Truly impressive. --- I was wondering why some project teams are so eager to cash out; turns out they've had a backup plan all along. --- Coffeezilla has already exposed this, yet some people still rush in... Enough. --- This guy is impressive, moving from the crypto world to the drug scene, engaging in cross-industry illegal activities. His dedication is commendable. --- How many times have I said this about background checks? Investors still prefer to see dreamy PPTs. Wake up, everyone. --- The reputation of Web3... has really been ruined step by step by these people. --- Remembered it now, wasn't the Paradox project also reported? Seems like this guy has never done anything legitimate. --- Wow, a scammer from the crypto world switching to selling fake drugs—such a big leap. --- Now, before investing in any project, I have to Google the founders, making it feel like hiring employees... So tiring.

Another "all-around scammer" huh? Failing to make it big in the crypto world, then switching to selling fake medicine—truly impressive. I've also looked into the Paradox project, and now that I think about it, it's just ridiculous... Basically, it's all about DYOR (Do Your Own Research). No matter how fancy the white paper, it can't hide the character issues. These people all use the same quick-money schemes—once they finish with Web3, they move on to other businesses to continue scamming. Coffeezilla has already been watching this guy for a while; how did he even get to the point of selling medicine? Really need to learn from this—if you don't do proper background checks, you deserve to get scammed. The reputation of the crypto community is already fragile; a few more incidents like this and it's game over.
