A reminder, recently many people have been asking about rebate binding issues, and here’s the clarification—the rules have changed.
The core change is this: now, an ID card can basically only be bound to one rebate relationship. Sounds like no big deal? But here’s the problem—if you have already unbound it, or previously deregistered and started over, registering a new account with the same ID will result in no rebate at all. You won’t receive any fee refunds.
So don’t be fooled into deregistering or re-binding—that’s a trap. Some folks have fallen for this, only to find out after deregistering that their new account doesn’t get rebates, and it’s too late to regret.
Want to regain rebates? The only way is to use an ID that has never been registered before to open a new account. That’s the only way to rebind for rebates. There are no other shortcuts.

Laughing to death, this wave of operations is truly an upgraded version of "one certificate, one binding" leek harvesting.
It also reminds me of those old brothers; canceling is fun for a moment, but then it's back to the crematorium. It’s really worth a standalone cross-talk.
No ID card means no rebate, no rebate means no happiness. The logic of the crypto world is so straightforward and unadorned.
This rule changes more frequently than I rewrite my jokes. We agreed not to change the rules, right?
Alright, it seems I need to stock up on ID cards. No, wait, that idea is a bit dangerous.

Damn, this rule is really awesome. A one-time consumption card, right?

Damn, these rules are pretty harsh... If you use up your ID card once, you're done?
Damn, I wish I hadn't messed around earlier, now I kind of regret it.
An ID card can only be linked once, isn't this just setting a trap for people to fall into?
Really? Once unlinked, you can never go back? Then my previous account is basically useless.
With these rules, multi-account users are directly socially dead.
Are they forcing people to use others' ID cards? Isn't that troublesome?

This rule change is really strict. Each ID card can only be linked once, and once unbound, there's no way to recover.
If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have bothered. The people who got scammed are probably kicking themselves now.
So, don't listen to anyone who tries to persuade you to cancel and start over—that's just cutting off your own way out.
The only option is to use a new ID card; there's no other way.
It's getting more and more strict, and it feels like earning commissions is becoming increasingly difficult.

This rule change is a bit harsh; each ID card can only be linked once, which is essentially closing a loophole.
