Scaled back most of my BTC options positions today, keeping just a small runner on the table. Spot holdings are roughly at entry level, but the strategy took a hit—time decay and bid-ask spreads ate into gains while volatility didn't deliver the moves I was banking on. It's a reminder of how quickly theta can erode P&L when market action doesn't materialize as expected.

Theta is really a killer; just by staying still, it keeps deducting health.
