Received a project promotion DM from a stranger? Why not ask yourself a question first: Would a genuine team send links via private messages? Absolutely not.
Official projects always launch in a high-profile manner, with market discussions everywhere, making it impossible to miss. On the contrary, links spread secretly through DMs are precisely the biggest red flags—quietly sent messages often conceal carefully crafted scams. Really, anyone who sends links via DM should be directly blocked, no need to think twice.

Being bombarded by this kind of DM every day, it's so annoying. It's obviously a sign of a rug pull.

Sending DMs secretly is 100% a scam; I just delete them directly. Legitimate projects never reach out via private messages; if they did, the community would be buzzing about it long ago.

Really, if someone sends a link in DM, just block them. I've seen too many newbies get scammed and lose everything because of this trick.
