U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen recently stated on Fox Business Channel: the United States has officially established a Bitcoin strategic reserve framework. The key point is that the government is not adopting an active purchase strategy, but rather transferring all Bitcoin confiscated by law enforcement into the national treasury reserve, and has promised to "completely cease selling such assets."

What does this shift mean? Simply put, the U.S. government has just officially recognized Bitcoin's long-term strategic value. The treasury, from a passive liquidator, has transformed into the largest "buy-only" whale in the market. This is not only a signal but also the official kickoff of a Bitcoin accumulation movement led by the national level.

Once a national-level holder begins HODLing, market liquidity will inevitably tighten. This will have a profound impact on the long-term trajectory of assets within ecosystems like SOL, XRP, and others, as well as the overall rebound rhythm of the crypto market. In other words, the supply-side pressure brought by policy tilt could become the driving force behind the next wave of market trends.

XRP-2,61%

Wait, do confiscated coins also count as HODL? That logic is a bit off... The US government has always been the biggest crypto dealer; now they're just changing the name and not selling, making retail investors a huge profit? Wake up, when liquidity truly tightens, big funds will have already run away.

The US government is not just buying and hoarding; now they've truly started treating Bitcoin as a strategic asset, and liquidity is about to be locked up.

Wow, is the US government really planning to hoard Bitcoin? This might drain all the liquidity...

Wow, is the US government starting to act as a whale? Is this real or just fooling me... Not actively buying but hoarding the confiscated assets, isn't this just a disguised bottom-fishing? Liquidity is locked up, brother. This wave of market movement is really coming, can SOL and XRP turn around?

The US government's move is incredible, directly becoming the biggest whale, holding instead of selling... No wonder some people have been promoting the supply shortage theory recently.

The US government is playing the HODL game, and now liquidity is really going to be locked up. It feels like the next market cycle might be promising.
