Last year's wave of "Fortune Code" flooded short videos, and this time, Chinese Meme coins have simply brought folk symbols onto the chain.

It's quite magical— the "2026 Lucky Sign" meme in social media trending searches surprisingly gave birth to a virtual currency of the same name. Players jokingly say, "Drawing lots is mining, and luck turns into assets." This approach of mixing traditional folk culture with on-chain speculation marks the evolution of Chinese-language tokens from "meme culture getting rich quickly" to a deeper stage of "symbol empowerment."

Looking back at the 2025 wave, a major exchange-related token skyrocketed over ten thousand times in just five days—there are even rumors that foreigners learned Chinese overnight just to keep up. This time's "Lucky Sign" is even more interesting: it doesn't rely on exchange endorsements, but is entirely rooted in the short video ecosystem, directly converting folk totems into on-chain assets. Public chains like Base and Solana haven't been idle either, jumping into puns like "Sola La" to capture Chinese-speaking user traffic.

But reality is often more brutal than mysticism. A review of historical records shows that Chinese Meme coins generally have very short lifespans. The previous "spot expectation" bubble burst with a single poke, with a single-day plunge of over 24%. Worse, most of these projects lack smart contract audits, making them vulnerable to liquidity traps or whale control. If "Lucky Sign" remains only at the level of emotional hype, it probably won't escape the fate of a fleeting bloom.

Where is the real breakthrough? For Eastern narratives to rewrite the rules in the crypto world, they need to balance both ends—creating cultural resonance and supporting long-term value. When "drawing lots" is no longer just a gamble, but an entry point connecting offline experiences and digital identities, Chinese-language tokens can go further.

Creative gameplay is top-notch, but I'm afraid it's just another scam coin game

It's the same old story, luck packaged as a coin. Next time, will I have to draw lots to determine my wallet balance?

Another meme coin, in the end, still a gamble.

---

"Draw to mine" sounds cool, but I bet five bucks it'll be gone by next week.

---

Cultural empowerment? Wake up, this is just a wolf in sheep's clothing—cutting leeks under the guise of folk customs.

---

Coins born from short video ecosystems all die pretty quickly, and this time is no exception.

---

No audit, no underlying value. No matter how fancy the gameplay, it's just a house of cards.

---

If you really want to create a coin with Eastern characteristics, you need to put in the effort to build an ecosystem, not just rely on puns to ride the trend.

---

Same old tricks, same ending. I'm just here to watch the show.

Once again, this magical operation of "luck can also be tokenized" is truly incredible... But this time, without exchange endorsement, it's even more suspicious, with liquidity traps everywhere.
