Recently, I have been monitoring the 1-hour chart of ZEC, and some observations are worth sharing.
From a technical perspective, the price has broken through the moving average system. MA7 is at 506.56, MA30 is at 497.30, forming a bullish alignment, and EMA30 is also trending upward to 500.70. This arrangement is a standard bullish control signal in technical analysis. The MACD indicator has completed its adjustment above the zero line, with the green bars contracting and red bars appearing and expanding—according to common technical interpretation, this indicates that the buying momentum is re-energizing.
The BOLL bands are expanding upward, with the upper band near 513.07. The latest closing price is 508.82, which is close to the resistance level. From a pattern perspective, once there is volume support to break through upward, the subsequent space is definitely worth watching. The market shows a 1.20% increase, with an amplitude of 1.41%, indicating steady buying interest and relatively weak selling pressure.
On-chain data shows that ZEC's holdings have been increasing recently, with large addresses continuously accumulating. On-chain transfer activity is also rising—this is usually not typical of retail investors but suggests that funds are consolidating. According to historical patterns, such accumulation phases are often followed by a market move.
In the macro context, privacy coins have recently gained considerable attention. As a leading project in this sector, ZEC's fundamentals remain stable. Coupled with the overall crypto market recovery, funds are searching for undervalued assets, and ZEC is indeed in the spotlight.
Based on current technical patterns and on-chain trends, in the short term, focus can be placed on the 513.07 BOLL upper band as the first breakout target. Once a valid breakthrough occurs, the medium-term target should be higher previous highs. If the price pulls back, it could present a better entry opportunity.
These observations are based on technical indicators and on-chain data, and the market will ultimately validate them. Given ZEC's privacy features and technical position, the upcoming market development warrants ongoing attention.
