The problem with this is where exactly are they regulated? Answer is: nowhere. Who holds them accountable? No one.
They’ve clearly ruined people’s lives but to hold them accountable will prove really difficult.
This is also true for many, MANY crypto projects that are playing long term scams. In the end, the rug gets pulled.
Another reason to switch to @Telcoin. Not that you’d need to, but as a chartered Digital Asset Bank if you have problems you dial the regulator and heads roll. That’s transparency. That’s compliance.
Lesson: sometimes that good old slow, compliance first approach is the best for your investment.
