The initiative will collaborate with a certain exchange and utilize the Cronos network and CRO token.
According to an announcement released by Trump Media on Wednesday (31st), each ultimate beneficiary has the right to receive one token for each full DJT share held after the project officially launches. The company stated that more details about the distribution will be announced early this year.
In addition to the token itself, holders may also receive periodic rewards throughout the year, including benefits or discounts related to Trump Media ecosystem products. These products include the social network Truth Social, the streaming service Truth+, and the Truth Predict platform related to prediction and betting markets.
According to Trump Media, the digital tokens allocated to shareholders do not represent equity and do not grant rights to profit from the company’s management; they may be non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, and only ultimate beneficiaries of the shares are entitled to receive them.
The company also emphasized that this initiative aims to leverage recent advances in blockchain technology and a regulatory environment considered clearer.
