The company recently purchased a warehouse in Southaven, Mississippi, and plans to build a new facility next to its existing plant.
XAI has already established a data center in Memphis called Colossus and is currently developing a second data center named Colossus 2.
Musk has stated that Colossus 2 may eventually use 550,000 NVIDIA chips, with costs reaching hundreds of billions of dollars.
The company has not yet commented on the latest expansion plans.
