Techub News reports that a class-action lawsuit accusing Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks of misleading investors during the promotion of the bankrupt crypto lending platform Voyager Digital has been dismissed by the court. The lawsuit claims that Cuban made multiple false statements before Voyager filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2022. At the time of Voyager's bankruptcy, the platform held approximately $1.3 billion in crypto assets. Voyager's collapse occurred during a market downturn triggered by the Terra ecosystem crash, which led to approximately $40 billion in market cap evaporation.
