Most people are completely unaware that AI has infiltrated every corner of social platforms.
I can now find a batch of obviously AI-operated accounts every day - ironically, their followers haven't reacted at all.
For example, this AI-generated parrot account gained 600,000 followers in just one month. The view count of a single video is even more outrageous—148 million times. 🤯 This growth curve has long exceeded the range of a normal account.
What does this reflect? First, the AI content generation technology has matured to the point where it can deceive most people; second, the algorithm's recommendation strength for such videos is astonishing. For the Web3 community, this is also a wake-up call—when AI accounts can accumulate influence so easily, how far can false information and scam projects be? The difficulty in distinguishing real voices will only increase.
---
So now, trusting anyone requires careful consideration, even follower counts have become illusions.
---
Ironically, everyone is still rushing to get on board, unaware that the driver is already AI.
---
This is like a false rebound at the market bottom, seemingly prosperous on the surface, but behind it all are machines dancing.
---
No wonder Web3 is so chaotic now, even voices are worthless.
---
A month with 600,000 followers, this number itself is telling you what is real and what is fake.
---
Algorithms favor what they like, and scammers use whatever they favor. Throughout history and across the world, this is universal.
---
Truly clear-minded people have already learned to remain silent because speaking costs too much.
2. The trouble is that it's easier to be played for suckers in the Web3 space, with AI accounts and false endorsements, the next scam project is just around the corner.
3. It's ironic that while everyone is guarding against the project party rug, they are ignoring what all these AI accounts are doing.
4. The key issue is that the cost of discernment is getting higher, and genuine voices are drowned out in the noise, which is quite dangerous for community information security.
5. After research and analysis, I now don’t dare to follow accounts without checking their background.
6. Another batch of false influence is being sold, and short positions are becoming increasingly realistic.
7. The problem doesn't lie in AI itself, but in the fact that no one can quickly verify the authenticity of accounts, making the cost of scams ridiculously low.
8. There should have been a mechanism to label AI accounts long ago, but now everyone is betting on who can discern who.
9. Behind such accounts, there is usually capital driving the traffic; there are no other possibilities.
10. 600,000 followers in a month? Seriously? Then I need to re-examine my watchlist.
