Xiang Li: December 4 Morning BTC & ETH Operations and Analysis

The market saw a unilateral upward trend during the early morning hours, with a slight pullback as the day began. BTC rebounded from a low of 91733 in the morning, climbing all the way to a high of 94185, but unfortunately failed to hold above that level and has pulled back to around 93000 for consolidation. ETH followed closely, starting from 3062 and rising steadily, peaking near 3216, but faced heavy resistance and has retreated to around 3180.

Looking at the 4-hour chart, BTC is moving steadily within its upward channel. The three lines of the Bollinger Bands are expanding upward in unison, and as BTC rises, the bands are widening, which provides favorable conditions for another potential surge in the next session. Both the fast and slow lines are operating above the zero axis in a strong region, and the continuous inflow of buying momentum has injected excitement into a market that previously lacked confidence. Meanwhile, all three lines of the KDJ and RSI indicators are currently in strong regions and are in the overbought zone, indicating that current bullish momentum is quite robust.

The overall trend is still dominated by bulls, but there is a short-term risk of a BTC pullback. For operations this morning, it is recommended to stick to the trend and adopt a buy-on-dips strategy.

For BTC, consider entering long positions in the 92500-93000 range, aiming for 94500.
For ETH, consider entering long positions in the 3170-3200 range, aiming for 3270.
