The market fear index has dropped to 28, but what I'm looking at is not this—there's an 87% expectation for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates, which is the real macro bottom for crypto. At the same time, the technicals for BTC and ETH are in a mess, with the 15-minute and 1-hour down signals being suppressed by the 4-hour uptrend. The RSI is rolling around near the midpoint, and the MACD shows no clear direction.

This is why I am maintaining my current position without making any changes. BTC has an unrealized profit of $0.15, ETH has an unrealized profit of $0.60, and my account margin rate is only at 19.8%, leaving me with plenty of bullets. I'm not in a hurry to increase my position, nor am I in a hurry to take profits—I'm waiting for this period of market hesitation. When others start to scream "buy the dip" or "dump the market", that's when I will reassess the direction.
