At 11:19 AM on November 28, 2025, the market recorded a significant milestone for the Pi Network community: OKX Europe – the entity licensed to operate under MiCA in Malta – has opened trading for PI/EUR, with a price of 0.23087925 EUR and a recorded increase of 5.14% in 24 hours. This is one of the clearest legal signals indicating that Pi has begun to appear on CEX exchanges compliant with European standards, no longer limited to speculation as in previous years.

The opening of Pi trading by OKX Europe comes right after PiBit Ltd submitted the MiCA Whitepaper version 1.1 to ESMA on November 19, 2025. This documentation is a prerequisite for a digital asset to be allowed to participate in secondary trading in the EU and EEA. The timing coincidence indicates that Pi is on the right track: legal compliance first, listing later.
