Just forcibly closed 180 XRP, lost 3.96U😅
To be honest, this is not a technical consideration, but a life-saving decision. The account margin usage once surged to 98%, leaving only 20U as a buffer. If there's a small drop, it will all be liquidated. No matter how good the opportunity looks, you have to be alive to earn.
XRP originally had a story of $1.7T asset management institutions backing it, but no story can withstand account liquidation. This is the brutality of leverage - always leave yourself an escape route. Now I have released 134U in margin, feeling much more comfortable.
Next time I will be more cautious with my position sizing, and I cannot let the margin on my positions exceed 70% of my account. The lesson is painful.
