Arcium pushes the RTG platform: rewarding true contributors with tokens

robot
Abstract generation in progress

The confidential computing network Arcium recently launched a platform called RTG (Retrospective Token Grant), which is essentially about distributing tokens to those who truly contribute to the community. This idea stems from their vision of a cryptocurrency supercomputer.

The entire RTG system consists of four parts: first is the encryption portal, where users can check how many tokens they have, see their submission records, and showcase their achievements; then there is the RTG directory, which displays all ongoing distribution activities categorized by community, developers, and ecosystem; next is the submission system, specifically for validation, where everyone can submit their contributions for review; finally, the RTG types are divided into on-chain and off-chain.

The first round of commendations has now begun, and eligible individuals can directly see their allocated quotas in the portal. The next round is scheduled for next month, and the selection criteria will be based on everyone's actual contribution performance on the RTG platform.

Truly issuing tokens to contributors, I like this idea, but we have to see if the review mechanism can keep the water out. --- The four modules are broken down well, but the key is whether that verification system is reliable; otherwise, it will just become a tool for playing people for suckers. --- Oh, supporting both on-chain and off-chain now gives flexibility in incentives, but how is the inflation model designed? I haven't seen it. --- Has the first round already started? It feels like they first launched a surprise to attract people, we still need to observe whether it will be disappointing later. --- The phrase "actual contribution performance" is worth emphasizing; can it be quantified? Or is it going to be another subjective scoring system? --- It's nice that the community, development, and ecology are clearly categorized; at least it looks better than those projects that are all mixed up. --- We will evaluate again next month... the key is whether liquidity and the Secondary Market can sustain it; otherwise, even more tokens are just paper wealth. --- What I fear most is that the review committee will become an "insider" club; quantifying contributions is too difficult. --- If RTG can truly achieve openness and transparency, it would be an attempt to reshape the incentive system, but for now, we still need to wait for the data to speak.

Oh, isn't this just a disguised operation of Airdrop? Anyway, you have to see the platform's mood to know if they'll give you money.

Finally, there is a platform that truly distributes rewards based on work, unlike some projects that just talk the talk.

Finally, there are projects that dare to speak the truth, not the trap of giving coins just for leeching off the community.

It's another incentive mechanism, and this time it seems reliable. Hurry up, those who really work should make money now. The design of RTG is quite good, considering both on-chain and off-chain. Are the selection standards for next month transparent? Let's not have any backdoor operations again. Community contributors are ecstatic, finally not working for free. It feels much fairer than the airdrops of some other projects, with real-name systems in place. The design on the portal is clever, with max transparency. This time it's really pay for work, a rare sight. If you catch the first round, you'll see the quota; lucky me.

Speaking of which, is this RTG platform really reliable, or is it just another new trick to Be Played for Suckers?

It's another story of "only those who really work can earn Tokens", sounds nice. But the actual execution remains to be seen, will this evaluation system just become a game for insiders? If there’s real money involved, I would like to give it a try, mainly to see who is on the first list. Bounty hunters have work to do again. It sounds good, but in the end, those who are loud still seem to take the most.

Finally, there is a platform that dares to truly reward those who work hard, unlike some projects that just talk nonsense. Hurry up, this mechanism looks quite transparent, with both on-chain and off-chain. A blessing for real contributors, no longer letting those slackers get free tokens. Wait, how exactly is the evaluation standard calculated? Will it still depend on connections? I like this design of the four modules, it's much better than the previous chaotic distribution schemes. It's interesting, the name 'traceability' is quite good, reminding me of several previous dead projects. The problem is that there need to be enough people participating; otherwise, it will just become an echo chamber.

Only by working hard can one earn Tokens, I love this logic.
