The market has started to stir again these days, and the long positions sentiment has become evident. There are two pieces of news behind this that are adding fuel to the fire.
Let's talk about the government shutdown first. Originally, everyone was focused on what would happen after the 16th, but a consensus was reached ahead of time. The tight liquidity situation is expected to ease, money will start flowing again, and the market will naturally become active.
Another more exciting thing - a former president made a statement on social media saying he would distribute 2000 dollars to everyone. Although the market hasn't made any big moves yet, this statement is enough to evoke memories for the old investors. Thinking back to the market movements brought by the stimulus policies in March 2021, many people have already started to let their imaginations run wild.
However, I have to pour a cold bucket of water: the market has never made money based on emotions. The rhythm is the key.
Every time a favorable news comes out, it often becomes the best time for the main force to sell. When retail investors are excitedly chasing long positions, smart money has already laid out a reverse strategy. This is an old rule.
My strategy is still the same - don't chase the rise, wait for confirmation at a high position.
#稳定币监管风暴 I see the current rebound target in the range of 106,000 to 108,000. If there is a clear resistance signal at this position, it would be a good opportunity to set up short positions. Go with the trend, don't force it.
One more thing, the US CPI data will be released this week, and such macro events are often catalysts for market turning points. If the rebound meets resistance after reaching the target, it's quite normal for Bitcoin to break below the 100,000 mark, and it might even retest the area above 90,000.
The trend of $BTC is likely to follow the rhythm of Bitcoin.
To put it simply: the good news is just a surface phenomenon, while the rhythm is the essence. Don't let short-term emotions lead you by the nose; the ones who truly make money are always those who can calmly wait and strike precisely.
