Please click on the avatar in the top left corner of the APP homepage, click "About Gate", then click "Network Detection" to switch nodes. After that, click "Check for Updates" to ensure that the APP has been upgraded to the latest version, and try again. If the situation does not improve, please click on the avatar in the top left corner of the APP homepage, click the headphone icon in the top right corner, and then click "Feedback and Suggestions" at the bottom and fill out the form as prompted on the page.
