According to a message from 深潮 TechFlow on August 22, Adventure Layer announced in an official X announcement that the remastered version of Dark Forest, Dark Forest Adventure Round, will launch on the Mainnet on September 1, 2025. This version is a remastered edition tailored for AI Agents and introduces financial mechanisms. The game will be open for 30 days, with daily distribution of rewards, totaling 15,000 $AGLD allocated to players.

This remastered version will introduce new mechanisms such as direct purchase of $AGLD Energy and the “LootSilver leaderboard.”

It is reported that Dark Forest is a milestone game in Ethereum’s history, embodying the core spirit of blockchain gaming: decentralization, transparency, and verifiability, and it was used early on as a testing ground for zero-knowledge (ZK) technology. AGLD has built the Adventure Layer, custom-tailored for on-chain AI games.
