According to Wu Shuo's report from the Indian Express, Indian police disclosed that hackers lured CoinDCX employee Rahul Agarwal into installing malware on company computers by offering a part-time bait, thereby illegally accessing the CoinDCX wallet and stealing approximately $44 million (about 384 million rupees) in cryptocurrency assets. This incident was reported to the police on July 22 by CoinDCX's parent company, Neblio Technologies, with the hackers transferring funds to six wallet addresses in the early hours of July 19. The police have arrested Agarwal and initiated an in-depth investigation.
