Will you pay for what you like, or for practicality?

Recently, I want to change to a new mobile phone, I have always liked Samsung W25, I sold mobile phones part-time for a few months when I was in college, at that time the W series was still a clamshell machine, endorsed by Jackie Chan, and every time I sold a mobile phone, I donated a part of it to build Hope Primary School.

Since then, the W series has become my unattainable big brother's exclusive mobile phone, until today I can buy it, I walked into the store and looked at it for a long time and couldn't put it down, so I mustered up the courage to place an order, but the clerk told me that it was not in stock, and it would take an hour to transfer the goods.

It was this one hour of waiting that changed my mind. I checked the performance comparison between W25 and S25 Ultra using ChatGPT and found that the chip of S25 U is better and has stronger performance. I immediately gave up the idea of buying W25 and ultimately bought the S25 Ultra.

There are three reasons:
1. Risk: Foldable screens are more prone to damage when dropped. Once damaged, the time cost increases, and data may be lost.
2. Price, it is 5000 yuan more expensive than the flagship model.
3. Performance, the chip is not as good as the flagship machine, and the Android phone itself is more and more carded.

After saying so much, it's actually due to my own inner poverty, I can never afford to pay for what I like...
