Web3 investment company JDI announced that it has fully acquired the blockchain project Moonchain. Moonchain was founded by former engineers from Parity Technologies and zkSync, focusing on blockchain protocols, L2 scaling, and DePIN technology. JDI stated that this acquisition will combine its hardware manufacturing capabilities with Moonchain's technological foundation to advance its layout in the field of decentralized infrastructure. Moonchain plans to launch its first round of hardware giveaways (iHO) at the end of June, allowing users to access smart devices connected to the Web3 network through staking tokens.
