Economists predict: The Federal Reserve (FED) may restart interest rate cuts in September, with at least two rate cuts expected this year.

According to a Reuters survey: Among 105 economists, 59 believe that the Federal Reserve (FED) will resume interest rate cuts in the next quarter (possibly in September), and more than 60% of economists predict that the Federal Reserve (FED) will cut interest rates at least twice this year; the surveyed economists expect the US economy to rise by 1.4% in 2025 and by 1.5% in 2026 (the same as the May forecast).
