According to reports, Ripple partner SBI Holdings and its affiliate SBI Shinsei Bank announced an investment of $50 million in USDC issuer Circle after Circle’s initial public offering. The investment was made by SBI Holdings and SBI Shinsei Bank with $25 million each. Previously, SBI established a joint venture, Circle SBI Japan KK, in March 2025 with the aim of promoting the adoption and circulation of USDC in the Japanese market.
