BiT Global withdraws the lawsuit against the competing platform, the wBTC delisting dispute is settled.

BiT Global’s lawyers dismissed a lawsuit against an exchange that delisted the wrapped Bitcoin token wBTC just two months after it launched its competing token, cbBTC. Under the agreement, the two companies will pay their respective attorneys’ fees. BiT Global is a company backed by the founder of a company that has become a “strategic partner” with BitGo to provide wBTC-wrapped Bitcoin tokens. The lawsuit is dismissed, meaning that the lawsuit will not be filed again.
