The Argentine Anti-Corruption Office (OA) stated that the country’s president, Javier Milei, was acting in a personal capacity when promoting the Libra Crypto Assets ($LIBRA) and did not violate the country’s public morality regulations. The investigation report pointed out: “The promotional post is unrelated to administrative actions, did not allocate public resources, nor received institutional support, and should be interpreted as a personal or private communication, and did not generate any form of official public policy direction.”
