CoinVoice has learned that, according to Cointelegraph, European fund company APS, managing $13.7 billion in assets, has purchased $3.4 million of tokenized real estate assets through the MetaWealth platform, involving two residential properties in Italy, marking the first time an institution has directly purchased retail-available tokenized assets.
Currently, MetaWealth has tokenized over 50 million USD in European real estate, with users covering 23 countries.
