The Federal Reserve (FED) has a 95.6% probability of keeping the Intrerest Rate unchanged in June, while the possibility of a rate cut in July is gradually increasing.

According to the data platform “Fed Watch”: the probability that the Fed will keep interest rates unchanged in June is 95.6%, and the probability of cutting interest rates by 25 basis points is 4.4%. The probability that the Fed will keep interest rates unchanged in July is 69.9%, the probability of a cumulative rate cut of 25 basis points is 28.9%, and the probability of a cumulative rate cut of 50 basis points is 1.2%.
