Golden Finance reported that Singaporean digital investment platform Syfe announced the completion of a $53 million Series C2 financing round, led by two unnamed UK family offices that previously invested in the company alongside Unbound and Valar. With an additional $27 million from the Series C1 round completed in August 2024, the company’s total Series C financing has reached $80 million, bringing the total financing amount to $132 million. Syfe currently allows users to purchase Spot Bitcoin ETFs, mainly offering trading services for Grayscale GBTC, BlackRock IBIT, as well as Fidelity, ARK 21Shares, and Bitwise Bitcoin ETF products. Recently, the company also made a strategic acquisition of the Australian online investment platform Selfwealth.
